Can I pick up an order locally?

Yes! We offer local pickup for orders placed through our website. Please allow at least 2 hours after an order is placed before picking up. Custom print orders may not be available same day but you are welcome to call and check the status before arriving. 

Can I have my package shipped express shipped Overnight?

Absolutely! Just choose the "Express" option during checkout.

Which vinyl is compatible with a Cricut, Silhouette or CraftRobo machine?

Great news! All of the vinyl we carry works perfectly with EVERY craft, hobby or vinyl cutting machine.

What is the difference in the Oracal 651 and Oracal 631 vinyl?

Oracal 651 is a permanent adhesive vinyl with a 5+ year Outdoor life. The Oracal 631 is a removable (wall vinyl), short term, indoor use vinyl.

Can adhesive vinyl be used for car decals?

We focus on selling the brands of vinyl with the best reputation for longevity and durability. The actual outdoor life span of each vinyl is listed with each product and in most cases it is 5+ years! Fluorescent colors and Oracal 631 series is not recommended for long term use. 

When will my order ship?

We work very hard to make sure each order ships within 24 business hours; often same day. Although we can't guarantee same day shipping, orders placed before noon have the best possibility of same day shipping. Since the order volume fluctuates daily and we process orders in the order received, an order placed early in the day has the highest likelihood of shipping same day.  

Why is my order still showing a shipping fee when I chose local pickup?

Payment is made in person for local pick ups so the shipping fee will be subtracted.

What if I am missing an item from my order?

We try to ship all orders complete but occasionally an item is out of stock or delivery to us has been delayed. In those cases, we ship the rest of the order and the back ordered item will ship in a separate package. We will send an email to let you know there will be a second package. Please don't ever hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns!

Will I receive a tracking number when my order ships?

Absolutely! We will automatically send an email with a tracking number to the email address you listed while placing your order. If you have not received an email with tracking information, please check your "junk" folder.

My package shows delivered but I didn't receive it!

It is always best to check first with a neighbor to see if the USPS mis-delivered the package. The USPS will occasionally leave a package with a neighbor or in an alternate location if there is a potential issue with leaving it in a mailbox. The next step would be to contact your local post office. Unfortunately, most post offices won't relay as much information to us as they will their customer so you will likely receive better service by asking them directly. Once a package has been scanned as delivered, a claim is not allowed through the USPS for "lost package" since they don't consider it lost after scanning delivered. We also recommend inquiring about a GPS location tracker of where the package was physically located when it was scanned "delivered". We will ALWAYS correct any error we make but cannot be held liable for mistakes made by the postal service. 

Do you accept walk-in orders?

Absolutely! We have began offering this service to our local customers and welcome walk in orders. Please note: any custom printed items will experience a delay. We print to order so please be prepared to allow a few minutes for your walk in order to be completed.
