DTF Application Guidelines

Ready to Press DTF (Direct to Film) Transfers

• Pre Press garment to remove wrinkles or moisture
• Temperature: 320° F - 15 seconds - NO teflon/cover sheet. Cool, peel carrier sheets then cover with teflon/cover sheet and press again for 10 seconds
• Pressure: Firm
• Peel: Hot or Cold Peel after first press. Transfer must be completely cool before peeling off clear carrier sheet. If transfer begins to lift while removing the cover sheet, simply lay back in place and allow to cool a few seconds. Your second press will secure the design to the shirt. Complete lifting is a result of insufficient heat/pressure. Please follow recommendations.
• Recover and press again (same timep/time).

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFO:

• DTF Transfers can require a longer turn around time since they are printed to order. We expect all orders with DTF Transfers to ship in 3-5 business days. Most orders will ship quickly; however, large orders of DTF transfers will likely experience the 5 day time frame. Any orders which contain a DTF Transfer will experience this extended shipping time, please plan accordingly. 
• The majority of our transfers ship flat but Large Adult size or Gang Sheets may ship rolled. This will not affect the transfer.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• Do not dry clean
• Machine wash cold with mild detergent
• Dry on low setting or hang item to dry
• No chlorine bleach
• Turn garment inside out

RECOMMENDED ACCESSORIES:

• Teflon sheet or Parchment Paper (for cover sheet)
